A training program dedicated to small groups. The Iron Therapy is the ultimate functional training method you need to feel strong and confident in your everyday life physical needs.
Full Body workouts using Kettlebells only, designed for you to Build Muscle, improve your cardio, shed fat and build some serious confidence!
Simple, effective and time efficient, that's my promise to you! I am a STRONG FIRST certified Kettlebell instructor, I will show you how to make the most out of this piece of Iron!
FIERCE FEMALES PROGRAM

Since 2017, Fierce Females is the ultimate martial Art program designed by a woman for women.
A Muay Thai and Boxing training program open to all levels. You will use pads, kicking shields, boxing gloves and shin guards to learn combinations, drills and sparring. Also learn principles of self-defence and grappling foundations. Overcome your fear of being grabbed or held down, learn to fall safely, stand back up and create distance.
Find the fighter within you mentally and physically. Connect with other women like you, support, inspire and empower each other to be Fierce!
PRIVATE COACHING

A session where you have 100% of my attention, a tailored training program, whether your goal is to get to an extra level of fitness, learn from scratch, speed up your progress, improve your lifting or fighting technique. Book your 1 on 1 session in Striking or Strength training!
SMALL GROUPS: TRAIN WITH BUDDIES!

This format will allow me to build a connection with each client while also giving proper attention to safety, form, and alignment. A small group session is also a more cost-effective way to experience the benefits of working with me and the best way to keep you accountable, motivated and supported by your training partners.
