I created the Fierce Females in 2017, a program dedicated to Empower and transform Women around me. I want them to believe in their abilities, strength, build confidence and learn to defend themselves!

A tailored 8-week program with the fundamentals of Muay thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe and supportive female environment.
