A small group session is also a more cost-effective way to experience the benefits of working with me and the best way to keep you accountable, motivated and supported by your training partners. FIERCE FEMALES PROGRAM
Since 2017, Fierce Females is the ultimate martial Art program designed by a woman for women.
An introductory Muay Thai/Boxing and Self-defence Jiu-Jitsu training program over 8 weeks. You will use pads, kicking shields, boxing gloves and shin guards to learn combinations, drills and sparring. Also learn principles of self-defence and grappling foundations. Overcome your fear of being grabbed or held down, learn to fall safely, stand back up and create distance.
Find the fighter within you mentally and physically. Connect with other women like you, support, inspire and empower each other to be Fierce!
My Kids program is designed to introduce them to the foundations of striking, physical fitness and even some notions of grappling. I strongly believe Martial Arts is the best way to give children’s life skills like self-confidence, discipline, hard work, respect and teamwork. It will also help them deal with bullying situations, develop leadership skills, listening and focus. The goal is for them to carry over those values at home, at school and in their life as they grow.
