The reward of being physically active goes way beyond your body! It is the best way to have a healthy mind, that can lead you in life with resilience, because YES you will go through hard times and will need to find your power. A mind that plays with you, not against you, to stay calm when things get harder, to be disciplined, to set goals and become result-oriented. To act with a positive, grateful and free spirit. That’s where the practice of Martial Arts translates easily to life, what you learn on the mats are simply life skills.
Like a belt rank system, each color is a higher level of knowledge and skills but also a deeper level of physical, mental and spiritual strength. My vision of training is forged around 3 fundamental pillars:
FIGHT: Learn resilience, self discipline, respect and empower yourself with the practice of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defence.
LIFT: Strength and conditioning techniques using mainly Kettlebells. Strong muscles, healthy joints and thick bones!
MOVE: Fortify the foundations of your anatomy using Ginastica Natural body weight training and breath work systems. Going back to the roots of our species: agile, balanced, flexible and mobile.
Being a martial Artist is a way of living, a code of conduct, a way to bring value to myself and to those around me. My ambition is to unite people around a shared purpose, be leaders, be motivators, be creative teachers, positive humans who perform at their greatest potential…
I strive to empower every woman, Man and kid I work with as well as myself each day.
"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable" Socrates
